Fees, Services and T+Cs

Couriers

Those buying from further away couriers are approximately £60 - £80 for most of the UK.

If this isn't suitable we may be able to meet part way for transport costs

  • Microchipping; -  £10 for animal tracker, £15 for petlog.  All pets small mammals, 10 or more half price

  • Carriers; - we can supply ferret appropriate carriers for £15, these must be ordered and paid for at least 1 week before collection

  • Rescuce adoption; -  £30 in house to cover chipping and boarding.  Outside to be arranged with current owner

  • Hoblet services; -  donations towards ferretry, we're not offering to make money, pay what you can.  UK contact number must be provided and available for the whole period of the stay.  We also ask you to provide food given the nature of the payment.  We reserve the right to refuse jills if they pose a risk for our hoblet

Kits

Prices start as stated, if interested in a particular ferret get in touch.  I decided to base my kit prices on those of some of the people I am involved with though breeding programs.  All money goes back into food for the ferrets, we will accept payments in online vouchers for our food suppliers or other essentials, if you wish to do this say at time of the holding fee and we will discuss what would be suitable.

All ferrets are sold on pet contracts unless previously discussed.  Pet contracts allow homes to show, work etc their ferrets but breeding rights are retained to ourselves.  For information on breeding contracts see the page linked

EXPORTS:  ferrets to be exported from the UK will require additional documentation and vaccines, they may also require serology.  This will depend on the Country laws and Local/State laws, at the moment Brexit is muddying the waters further.  Our vets are unwilling to give hypothetical quotes for travel right now due to this changing landscape so to get exact quotes we need to start the process.  We require £200 on booking plus full cost of the kit for exports with the understanding that you may be required to pay more before they leave us.  All costs will be outlined itemized if we require you to pay more.  You should also be aware that you will be responsible for organizing transport.

If you would like to discuss with our vets on the matter please feel free to contact them on their website

Kits are priced based on costs of the lines and angora in lines.  Imported lines are higher priced due to costs of importing regardless of breeding.  Colours and markings will not impact price for an individual kit.

All EU and hybrid litters will be to experienced homes only, these ferrets need knowledgeable homes and owners

Discounts will be given to multiple kits as I like to encourage them to be kept in pairs or groups.  These are social animals.  I will refuse to sell to single ferret homes, I have seen irreparable mental damage in single ferrets and will not allow that to happen to any of my babies.

Holding fees will be needed upon agreement to buy a specific ferret, we now work on a not sold; no hold basis due to being mucked about.  These are non refundable.  If you decide to change kits due to suitability your holding fee may be transferred to your new kit at our discretion.

Holding fees are half the full price of the kit, this is usually paid upon visiting to pick your kit, they are inclusive of the price.  Discounts will be taken out of the moneys upon collection not the holding fee.

Holding fees paid via PayPal should be paid as "friends and family" due to the non-refundable nature of the holding fee.

Full payment must be paid before the kit leaves our property.  We are flexible as much as is reasonable regarding timing of collection.

All kits are sold in good will

If we have reasonable reason to fear the welfare of a kit we reserve the right to refuse to sell at any time.  Failure to respond to emails/texts/phone calls for 3 weeks or more will result in the kit becoming available again.  In these events the holding fee may be returned at our discretion only.
